YAY – We Did It… with Your Help !

Our First Bunnings BBQ Fundraiser

What an amazing day !
Sunday 25th August was a monumental day for our little Brain Injury & Disability Awareness Charity as we held our very first Bunnings BBQ Fundraiser in Tweed Heads.

As a brain injury survivor, the CEO of Ability ID and the Bunnings BBQ Boss, I was under pressure from the early hours.
Only just remembering to throw the bread in the Kombi, I am grateful for the support of several ‘well done BBQ masters’ who knew how to get and keep the ‘snags-a-sizzling’ all day long.

A massive call out to our awesome team of volunteers and members who all came together for our great cause.
Jo, Liane, Rai, Shirley, Tineke and Craig … not to mention Donny, Bill & Sean from the Table of Knowledge Board Riders Club.

Even those who couldn’t join us in person found ways to contribute through generous donations.
Your contributions and efforts made our event a tremendous success.

A huge THANK YOU to Everyone.
